Flaviano Quaglioz

I am a Professor of Law in Brazil and I research on line privacy, more specifically when it comes to personal data protection (what we call sensitive data) and all the implications and impacts that digital networks exert on people's right to privacy in Brazil. My research is theoretically based on Italian Professor Stefano Rodotà's concepts (and his Brazilian pupil Professor Danilo Doneda). These advocate that, besides having a physical body, every individual also possess an "Electronic Body", which deserve to be safeguarded from digital violations.
